Our vision is to become the premier compliance reporting company in Africa – with roots in East Africa. The company was founded in 2019 by the partners of Wise & Kell Consultants (Africa) LLP to support the push to greater compliance by empowering citizen participation.

Whistleblower Services specializes in providing Compliance support in the areas of Whistleblowing and Feedback including secure anonymous online reporting portals and can provide support in development of Organizational Policies and implementation of Staff Training.
Wise & Kell Consultants (Africa) LLP currently have offices in Kenya and Uganda and will soon be opening other branches throughout East Africa.
The work in the area of whistleblowing started with various installation projects and tender bids made to Government Agencies and Departments as a local partner of Whistleblowing Solutions SPA of Italy.
Having reviewed a number of systems available globally, we came to the conclusion that the solution provided by Whistleblowing Solutions SPA is the best possible system in terms of security and anonymity of the reporters and hence we agreed to work together
Why Work with Us?
We are the first local company to bring this new service to the East African region. This is especially important at a time when the war on corruption has been taken to new heights by the Presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania in an effort to cut wastage of public funds.
The secure anonymous reporting solution is not limited to Whistleblowing in Government only. It’s use extends to anonymous reporting of confidential matters to members of the press and well as providing anonymous performance feedback in HR processes.
The scope for use of the service includes Non-Governmental organizations receiving confidential reports from the citizenry, to private listed and unlisted corporations. The service is especially important for listed companies that want to demonstrate seriousness in compliance management to their shareholders and stakeholders.
As we have now completed a number of installations, we are in a strong position to understand how the secure anonymous solution can be integrated into your corporate board or management structure complete with project timelines and customizations.
Our Partners have significant executive corporate experience obtained in a number of companies in both Kenya and Uganda. We also have support legal staff that can assist with linkages to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements as necessary.
We believe we can provide good value to your organization by conducting and assessment of your current reporting systems to installing a tailored solution that will enable secure anonymous feedback and/ or reporting of any impropriety in your organization
Our current basic offer is free of charge and will enable you to get a good feel of how the system works before deciding whether to upgrade to the full solution.
Medium-sized and larger companies with several reporting categories and strong in-house systems will be able to take full advantage of the limited-support or full-support solutions. Small companies and companies with minimal reporting requirements e.g. web based contact forms will fully appreciate the free solution.
